I respect your privacy. Under no circumstances will I sell, rent, share or do anything else with your personal information.

Payment

I understand the reservations of buying online. For that reason I use PayPal, a secure and trusted online payment service. All financial transactions are made through PayPal for your security.

Paypal can be used by Paypal account holders and by non account holders using credit cards or e-checks.

Sizing

The lengths of necklaces are stated in the description of each item; however, it is possible to have them made longer or shorter. Please specify length required if different in the comments box.

The sizing of bracelets and watches is important, so please measure your wrist and make a note of it in the comments box. Your purchase will then be altered accordingly.

Return Policy

Authorisation

All returns must first be authorised via email before they are returned. Anything sent without prior authorisation that is then lost is not my responsibility.

Damaged

If your purchase arrives damaged you may return it to me, using a secure postal service, in the same condition that it arrived, and in its original packaging.

Once we have received the damaged item I will be able to one of two things:-

-Send you a replacement with a voucher for the incurred postal costs.

-Give you a credit voucher for the item and the incurred postal costs.

If on receiving the damaged goods I assess that the problem didn’t result from a manufacturing fault or during postage the item will either be returned to the purchaser at their own cost, or, repaired at the owners own cost. The decision will be made after contact with the owner.

Unwanted

If for any reason you want to return your purchase and it is still in its original condition you may do so at your own cost and in its original packaging.

On receiving the returned goods I will be able to one of three things:-

-Replace the item with something else of your choice.

-Give you a credit voucher for the same value.

-Give you a full refund using PayPal.

If on receiving the unwanted goods it is assessed that they have been used or damaged from use the item will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.

Alterations

If any alterations need to be made please send the item back using a secure postal service. Most sizing should have been sorted out on purchasing so postal costs are the purchasers resposibility. If I have made a mistake then the owner will be refunded the postal costs incurred with a creditv voucher.

The alterations will be made free of charge and then returned to the buyer at their cost.

Breakages

If an item breaks during normal wear in the first month of purchase I will happily repair the item free of charge, postal costs to be paid by the owner.

If it is assessed that it is not a break through normal wear the repair will be charged at £20. Postal costs to be paid by the owner.

Any repairs made after the first month will be charged according to damage. Postal costs to be paid by the owner.

No alterations will be made until the owner has been notified and they have agreed to costs etc.

Postage

Please use a secure postal service with tracking and insurance, when returning goods for whatever reason. Loss of packages and the value involved is not my responsibility.
